It depends on the level of education that the employer is looking for, your first impression with how you dress, talk, chemistry with the person that you are interviewing and most of all, your confidence with your ability, as long as you don't over sell yourself with *********. Be prepared when you interview and have some samples of your work.

It all depends on the supply and demand of this area. I do know that in the next 5-7 years many people are going to have to look into getting Master's degrees since this will be the new Bachelor's. Before you start class and invest money and time, find out through some companies what they are looking for in an employee when it comes to qualifications. Also, talk with an advisor about this and he/she can help you with this as well. Good luck either way.

It depends on whether you want to be someone's assistant or the person responsible for the major project. The associate's degree might get you a job. A bachelor's degree will allow you to get a much better job, with better pay and more chance for advancement.

Nowadays, AA degree wont get you far. It's all about networking. Get to know a lot of people and you should be able to get a job with an AA. Still, your chances will be low.
