The idea that poor people are happy and rich people are unhappy is pure drivel. It's far more likely to be the other way around. Money can get you freedom from constant worry and the leisure to pursue the things that develop you as a person -- education, travel, the arts, etc. (If you think movie tickets are expensive, go to the opera sometime).
Is having money an obstacle to successful relationships? Absolutely not -- it makes relationships better.
Are some people with money neurotic? Certainly -- and so are a lot of poor people.
To quote Mae West, "I've been rich and I've been poor, and believe me, rich is better." This isn't materialism -- it's realism.

No, it can't. It can bring you peace of mind as far as bills are concerned and sure, you can go out and buy, buy and buy whatever you want. But, like a drug, the high will wear off and you'll need even more stuff to keep that high. Money cannot love you. Money cannot comfort you. Money cannot be your friend, hug you, kiss you. If you come home every night to nothing, just emptiness, then all of the money in the world can't help you. Look at celebrities like Britney Spears....she rakes in almost $800,000 a MONTH.....do you think she's happy? She's a 26 divorced mom of 2 babies who she's lost custody of. No, she is not happy and all that money she has can't help her.

money can never buy happiness, since yyou will feel paranoid at all times. it's human nature to always have more, so the money ou would have, wouldn't be enough. it would run out, since you would be trying to buy happiness, which can not come from buying things no matter how much you buy. if anything it is a artificial happiness not internal.you can't buy real love or friends. you are always afraid that someone is trying to get close to you just for your money.

Because there is no correlation between ownership and well being. Poor people can be happy or sad. As can wealthy people.
Happiness is a state of being. True happiness is lasting happiness. Lasting happiness cannot depend on anything that doesn't last. Since nothing conditioned lasts, happiness cannot depend on anything conditioned. Money is conditioned. Therefore happiness cannot depend on money.

Happiness is not something certain but a kind of attitude toward life which could be made by our consciousness, because which itself is a part of consciousness(idea),idea going all of the way,so,happiness is possible to buy with money or to produce by our own thinking.

Yes, it can. Temporary happiness though through material objects. Money cannot however buy true long happiness, only love can.

Happiness is a state of mind and emotional state. Money is incapable of providing that.

because ironically, it has no value, it automatically loses it wen it is placed on a comparative scale, all it can ever be is greater than or lesser than but never greatest or least that's to say it assumes an infinite target that can never be reached and therefore cannot satisfy
