What kind of a response is that? I say something, and then someone else says, "Your Face"...it doesn't even make sense...anyone else with me?

be in your face - to be shocking or annoying in a way that is difficult to ignore. Example: "We ran an in-your-face poster campaign to promote the magazine." (always before noun)

It means, "how can you show your face to someone else after telling something like that" or "Shame on you for having said something like that".
Over time I think the statement got shortened to just "Your face". Another equivalent I've come across in other languages is "Your head!!"

it might be one of the above

but i know say people who say it just for the fun of it (like one of my friend loL)

its also how some people say "Your mum"
they're probably referring to what you say

but i know most people who use either of these expression does'nt have an intelligence thats at an all time high

It's a version of
"In your face"
"lol at your face"
etc.

Its IN your Face!. and it means that that person is willing to challenge you.
