3/5(x+1)-1/2x=3
3/5x+3/5-1/2x=3

3/5x-1/2x=2 3/5
use 10 as the common denominator

6x-5x=24
x=24
x+1=25

Integers are n, n + 1

3(n + 1)/5 - n/2 = 3

6(n + 1) - 5n = 30 {*10}

6n + 6 - 5n = 30

n = 24
n + 1 = 25

3(25)/5 - 24/2 = 3
15 - 12 = 3
3 = 3

Let x be the smaller integer and let x+1 be the larger integer.

3=3/5(x+1)-1/2x
3=3/5x+3/5-1/2x
12/5=3/5x-1/2x
12/5=1/10x
120/5=x
x=24

So, the integers are 24 and 25

3/5(x + 1) -- x/2 = 3
=> 6(x + 1) -- 5x = 30
=> x = 24, x + 1 = 25
integers are 24 and 25
