I go by memory. Who has time for a grocery list? Half the time I run off and leave it at home anyway.

If I want to leave the store with the items I actually came in for then I try to make some sort of list. When I don't make a list and think I'll remember them, I sometimes get distracted by other things to buy- so I keep saying to myself" don't forget the milk, the milk, the milk!!"

definitely a list or else I don't get anything I actually need. I end up with cookies and junk food. Anything that looks good at the time, really.
