Please....keep doing what you're doing. ^_^ There's plenty of good work--and believe me, standing up for yourself *is* good work--left to be done for everyone. We still have so many problems to address and solve....too much work for too few people, and especially for *me*, ok?
Hang in there. Fight the powers that be. Scrap. Question everything.
Yes, it's the higher-risk road to take. Yes, some people *can* be happier just accepting things and ignoring them. But...not everyone *can* just live in the moment and *be* truly happy.
Some of us need something more. Some of us need to take the harder road and have a *life of meaning* instead. And when you have a life of meaning, part of that means that you get *hard work* to do. You aren't cut any slack. Which feels better once you succeed, once you earn it, but still, it does leave things really and truly *up in the air* most of the time.
So yes, I hear you. Life is harder this way. No question. It's also more *real* this way. If that makes sense....you *earn* every victory, and even with your losses, you *know for sure* you did what you could.
But please, please, *don't choose* to become someone that's a passive bystander in their own life. We already *have* too many people like that, who think it's "wrong" to stand up for yourself, to solve problems, to act against a bad situation. Honor the gift that's been given you, and choose the more honest and real and genuine outcome.
Don't leave those of us who are *stuck here* and have no choice *but* to scrap and fight the power, all alone in here. Every time we *lose* someone to that, the struggle gets a little bit harder, the sky a little bit darker overhead.
Stick around. ^_^ It gets better once in a while....and even if it doesn't, you're still in good company.
Thanks for your time....and I hope, your respect.

While there are certain things that we cannot change, it doesn't mean you have to agree to it. All you can do is say to yourself I don't agree with this but it is something I cannot change and just leave it at that. It's better to keep asking questions. Don't let the bad stuff in life get you down and always stand your ground :-) Nothing wrong with asking others for their opinion on something.

If the bad stuff is hurting you or someone else...how can you just accept that? Walk away? I think not. Who told you that you cannot change something that is unfair. Don't ever ever accept bad things. That is the more 'wrong ' thing to do.....fight it! If you only help but one person...You are a winner of justice!!!!

We can never stop the bad stuff by ignoring it. Action against those who creat havoc is the only answer. Keep the faith, you have others who feel as you do.

it is good you ask questions and disagree. just because you cant change something does not mean you have to lay down and let it walk all over you. good luck.
