My stupid friend threw a nut and it hit a girl a little under her eye, can he get sued?

Anyone can sue anyone else for anything.

If you mean can she win, then it depends. If he caused injury and she had to pay a medical bill then sure she can.

Yes. A person can be sued for anything. The question is whether they will continue when the money debt starts to mount up...................it's expensive to sue someone for something so small and win.

you can get sue for going nothing at all so i think you can pretty much get sued for hitting someone with a nut or whatever. am i making sense hear?

You can get sued for anything. Whether or not they'll win is another thing entirely.

Yes, unfortunately for your friend, "I'm stupid" isn't a legal defense. You might want to distance yourself a little before this brain surgeon drags you into something with him.
