The answer is copyright if and only if you are the original producer of the work. Otherwise, it is a license.

Copyright is not exclusive -there are well recognized "Fair Use" exceptions, and some that are still controversial. Not only that, it is (in theory at least) limited by time as well.

The question is poorly worded, but that is the one they were after. Just don't believe that a copyright is "Exclusive". That is just Hollywood propaganda.
