It's a very common problem to not know what you'd like for Christmas. Not pathetic, just normal. We're conditioned to WANT stuff, particularly stuff that's heavily advertised, and sometimes all that exposure to sales pressure burns out our want lists.
Christmas doesn't have to be a big deal as far as presents go. Take a little time to write down some good, simple ordinary things you like, and ask for them as presents. A book, a CD of music you like, candy or fruit, a pair of warm comfy socks, a jigsaw puzzle or a fun craft kit, maybe a journal or a diary to jot down thoughts through the year...a calendar with beautiful pictures is also a good lasting gift. Maybe a plant, or a small picture to hang up, or a trip to a movie, or a favorite restaurant. Don't forget teddy bears or plush animal friends!
A list like this gives folks a variety of easy-to-find and relatively inexpensive items to look for, and you can enjoy and treasure the things you ask for just as much as those hyped-up items that are being pushed at you by retailers and advertisers.
Relax and enjoy the love of the season.

Teenagers love gift cards! Especially the new VISA cards and Mastercard gift cards out now. Also American Express gift cards. They usualy come in choices of $25, $50 or $100 and can be used anywhere, so the teens can shop at the store of their choice.
You can buy them at CVS or Walgreens Pharmacy.
If you are a Commerce Bank customer you can buy them there at the bank and they don't charge the activation of that is usually $3-$4. They also come in a really cute gift-box.

It is a musical instrument, cost is $29 and is supposed to be easy to play.
She said something to me about wanting one several monthes ago.
