The stuff online is a different type of plant similer to weed, but not.
The government/cops are the ones that supply the public with the real stuff.

No such animal as "legal weed".
The US Constitution grants governance of "Health and Welfare"to the Feds not the states.
States can add legislation that is more strict than US Code but cannot legally over ride US Code.
The DEA continues to raid, destroy and charge those involved with dispensing medical marijuana.
You don't have to agree, but that is the way it is.

I don't know what the first one is, but the second one is marijuana. I don't know what the first one does, but marijuana when smoked gets you stoned.
