I sing a happy song that reminds me of good memories
I look through an old yearbook or photo album and realise how much i really do love life
I sit down on my bed and just cry
I take a long soothing shower or bath
I call a friend or family member and ask if i can just talk
I write out all my feeling in a journal
I play an instrument passionately
I find someone to love and live for. . . anyone

Do something nice for yourself...take a relaxing nice-smelling bath...maybe take a walk and notice the good stuff that you see...write your feelings in a book and read it again tomorrow...be good to yourself. This is not a permanent thing.
People go through stuff that cause them to feel down on themselves.
If you've had these feelings for a long time...persistent for more than 2 to 3 weeks straight, it would be a good idea to call a doctor...it could be a medical condition that makes you feel this way...we all have good points...we sometimes need to recognize what we like and what we are good at...than the rest follows.
Oh...a little hint...if someone is causing you to feel this way, focus on your good points...and yes you do have good points.
We can't control what people say but we can control how we react to it.

Start by seeing your family doctor. Our bodies are very complex and with so many additives put into our food these days, there's a lot of depression and anxiety going around. It hasn't been brought to the public attention yet, but there is an epidemic mounting. I take a generic of zoloft as needed, which isn't very often but solves my problem.. And I have no explanation for the anxiety I feel.

Wow, that's a tough question to answer. I guess you would have to be in the mind frame. Dying is serious stuff. I really think the only chance would be to find something in your life that makes living worth the effort.

Watch Jerry Springer and remember (I'm guessing) that your life isn't as bad as that. And think about what you have rather than what you don't have. It's hard but it gets me through those times. Think of all the people in the world who are starving or who can't see, etc, you still have that, so go out and look!

Sit down and list my strengths and accomplishments no matter how small. Have the faith that I can do whatever I put my mind to. If I make a mistake brush myself off, remember I'm only human and go on.

I have never felt like that before so I couldn't tell you. I think you should talk to someone though, I friend, parent, someone you trust and tell them how you are feeling. Don't kill yourself though, suicide is NOT the answer.

***seek counseling***

maybe you need to look in to the situation that is happening in Africa and then you'll think that your own life isn't that bad.

at least you have running water, a proper house to live in, you've been vaccinated for disease that would've killed you, your not worrying where you next meal is going to come from, you family wasn't shot before you eyes.

Don't you know that you are very special?
There is no one on Earth like you. Be thankful for
all that God's given you - especially life!
