What do you guys think is VALUE that Chillingworth cherishes? A value that sparks his revenge against Dimmesdale and Hester Prynne. What to do you guys think? Give details.

well.... hmmmm... i guess he values his pride. when he lost his wife his pride was broken and he started an unending crusade against Hester's partner (im not saying who it is) other than that, he really doesnt value anything except the fact that he was wronged and he wants revenge.he doesnt value life, religion, his wife, nothing.
