They are mainly SCAMS designed to part you from your money ..
All the verbage about 'earnings' are lies .. they will promise your anything so long as you keep giving them money ..
You should report every one to the authorities in your country .. (in UK, that's the Met. Police Computer Crime Unit)

Not sure what business you're referring to, but nearly all businesses require some start up capital.
Businesses like network marketing companies, at least in the U.S., are not supposed to be making income claims, but many still do.
Don't fall for any of that stuff. You're only as good as your marketing plan and your marketing skills.
