You should know that one very important thing is most likely missing in your brain if you suffer from troubled sleep.

I'm not talking about some form of disability or physical deficiency. I'm talking about a form of brain activity that is in sorely low supply in people who sleep badly (and, incidentally, in people who suffer from ADHD).

It's something that athletes have.

Something that you can have too, very simply, without effort, once you know how. Yet almost nobody knows about this, and much less know how to use it.

Your brain needs retraining!

Sleep specialists agree: a combination of brain training and effective sleep strategies is the best and most direct way to combat insomnia.

There is a free 7 part course you can subscribe to that is packed full of info. See http://www.insomniafreedom.com/free-cour...

It helped me rest for the first time in years when I tried it 12 months ago.

2 things Wake up 1-2 hours earlier and make sure you exercise. The point is you are not spending enough energy.

A really good roll in the hay usually does it for me. Sleep like a baby after this.

Good Luck with this. I suffer from the same thing. If you find a cure that works don't hesitate to tell me.

take a hot bath shortly before bed.... the heating, then cooling of the body helps you relax....

then use a sound machine or soft repetitive sound to help you sleep.....
