Chevy guy is 100% correct. Replace the thermostat. The engine will not heat up and have no way to cool down. A dodge is designed to run hotter than most. The engineers designed the thermostat to open and close as it is needed. It will cool the motor down when it opens and closes off when it has cooled. This give the water in the radiator time to do its job by colling down that water.

Head gaskets are put in incorrect each and every of the time. even though it incredibly is a cracked block the place the crack purely opens up while heat. only depart the thermostat out till you hit upon the concern. between the reward of this is you will have the means to make certain the water circulating. electric water pumps have been between the dumbest innovations ever and in no way ought to have been on engines. Get 2 temperature strips made for the objective and placed them on the two radiator hoses. which will inform you if the radiator is doing it incredibly is job. and don't use money as an excuse to interchange that aluminum piece of crap with a sturdy copper radiator. it is going to value you many extra money if it is not doing it incredibly is job. placed an exhaust gasoline analyzer on the radiator. you do not constantly see effervescent ideal off while head gaskets leak.

I dont quite understand what you are asking

but if you took your thermostat out replace it many people think if they take it out they wont over heat, well its the opposite, by taking it out you do not give the water time to cool in the radiator before returning to the engine therefore you will eventually cause all the water to evaporate
