I am definetly not going to, wanna make that clear, but i was always wondering if they are really allowed to control what we can, cand cannot say.

You can sue all you want. Yahoo Answers doesn't fall under the First Amendment protections of free speech. This is a privately owned forum, and Yahoo can control it in whatever way it wishes to control it.

If you can find a lawyer to take the case, then sure, go ahead and sue. It won't go anywhere as explained above, but if you want to spend your money that way, it is up to you.
