for no reasons sometimes i spent the night at my friends house and she woke me up cuz she said i was shaking

Maybe you were having a little seizure. Seizures are caused by ADD and ADHD. You should contact your doctor for testing. I really think its ADD or ADHD. hope i helped :)

Do you ever shake when you are awake?
Unless you also have a fever, I think you should get checked by a neurologist. You may have had a seizure and that might indicate several illnesses.
