This is difficult. You see, there are differences, but there aren't THAT many, so it's easier to pick them out and list them. Men and women have more similarities to each other than differences. The list of similarities is nearly endless, so it would be hard to figure out which ones are worthwhile to list.

This is really quite simple. Think about it. How many similarities do you need?
Hair on head, one head, two eyes, two eyebrows, one nose, two ears, one mouth, one set of lips, 32 teeth, one tongue, etc, etc.
