I'm kind of a nervous person to begin with -- I like to be organized and in control so when things aren't going my way or when I feel stressed I get that awful feeling like my stomach is turning cartwheels and jumping jacks. Mostly caused by fighting with my fiance, or work stuff...

When my husband looks after the kids so I can go shopping. I have a constant fear that something will happen to them. I'm also very untrusting.

When people are really rude and snap at me for no reason. I'm so nice to everyone and it really upsets me/makes me anxious when people snap on me for nothing! (this happened today at work)
