I once asked a guy from Sherwin Williams about this question. He told me that paint can be frozen a few times without damage. After that, it's a crap shoot if it will be ok. Based on that, I would say bring it inside, warm it up, and use it. You will know right away if it is ok, and if it isn't, bite the bullet and buy another gallon, no?

If the can has not been opened place the can in the house and keep it at 72 for at least 3 days. Then open and mix it up and paint away.

If it didn't pop the can open, it should be okay. Just be sure and mix it well, especially if you think any of it actually froze.

Mix well and try applying to a small area. If all goes well go for it.

bring it in and let it warm up. if it smooths out when you stir it, it's fine. if you can't get the lumps out, it isn't.
