You are both women. There is no way you could get pregnant. Unfortunately, a male must be involved.I tell you what to do: Go to a sperm bank and use donor sperm. It's good not only for lesbians and other same sex couples to use but people who want to become single parents without being intimate.

An individual lesbian can get pregnant (from a man's sperm) but it wouldn't be her partner's biological child...

However, if the two women decide that they want the child to be related to both of them, then the partner who will be carrying the baby can use sperm donated from a male relative of the other partner (ideally, a brother, as that would be the closest relation) if they can find a male in her family that would be willing to donate. That way, even if the baby wouldn't exactly be her child, it would still be closely related to her.

No, a lesbian can't become pregnant without sperm, which only men can produce. So if a lesbian couple wants to have children, they either adopt or take advantage of a sperm bank.

the genetics you need to have a baby are X and Y genes. Women have an X and men have a Y gene. A baby cannot be born if Y and Y are mixed and the same if X and X are mixed.

They are women you know! They have ovaries, they ovulate and have menstration! That is silly! They can't get each other pregnant but they can get pregnant by a man or artificial insemination!

Oh, good lord. Pregnancy requires sperm. A lesbian can get pregnant if she has sex with a man, or is artificially inseminated, but not from having sex with another woman.
