ok...so my left epididymis seems to be swollen or larger than my right. is this something to worry about?

The last time that happened to my ex was after long and sweaty sex, however, big part of it was me sucking his balls and penis, but maybe I was a little harsh on them since I was trying some new techniques by trying to stuff them all in! You know that was kind of impossible but I wanted to take advantage of the fact that his balls being so sexy and loose, but damn you guys have huge machines! I know that might not answer your question, but hey something to be careful of in the future not to let anyone do that to you! LOL

If it's not painful or tender it's OK. Otherwise you may have epididymitis, requiring a check-up and appropriate antibiotics.
