Right now my penis is Uncircumcised, but I'm going to get surgury in a few weeks to have it Circumcised.

I've been hearing Women enjoy Circumcised due to it looks cleaner and such. Is this true??

Anyway I do have a reason to have it circumcised as I have phimosis, so what do you guys think?

Two points.

First, many women (I am one) vastly prefer an intact penis. In fact one survey showed a full 90% -- nine out of every ten! -- with experience with both said sex was better with guys who have not been cut. That's an amazing consensus. It's only the inexperienced young girls who THINK it is dirty, etc -- all you have to do is wash, and then it's just as clean as a washed circumcised penis.

Second, you do NOT need to get circumcised for phimosis!! There are stretching exercises and hormone creams that you can use, and that works in the vast majority of cases. And you get results in a few weeks, faster than a circumcision would heal. In the very few cases that do not respond to this treatment, there is a minor surgery that can be done to relieve the phimosis while sparing the foreskin. Only in the US is circumcision the usual treatment for phimosis -- elsewhere it is the last resort, used very, very rarely. Ask about alternatives.

Cut or uncut, if your penis isn't clean the ladies will not like it. You have no idea how many men do not practice proper hygiene. A daily wash and the use of a penis health creme is the way to go. A good creme will contain Vitamins A, C and D which will keep things clean and smooth down there. This creme is particularly important for uncircumcised guys because they have to deal with a lot more bacteria on account of their foreskins.

It's only in the USA that they think circumcised looks better, and it's just because what they've been used to, and been conditioned to think a penis looks like. Really when erect and the glans is out there isn't an obvious different.

In most of the rest of the world people think uncircumcised looks normal which it is. In fact many people think circumcised looks weird and odd, with the bit missing and the scar line etc.

A girl who only likes circumcised is a shallow stupid girl and not a girl you want (hopefully anyway). Also cleanliness there is no difference both cut and uncut guys have to wash.

I think phimosis isn't a good reason for circumcision, but it sounds like you want it so go ahead. Hopefully you won't lose too much sensitivity or regret it too much.

Studies show uncircumcised is more pleasurable for the woman: http://www.sexasnatureintendedit.com

You should do whatever makes you happy. I would say don't jump in to it, I would talk to real people that had it done. I wouldn't put much trust in any of the people posting on here. Some may say life is better with out, some the other way. But people swear by foreskin restoration and they didn't even get full advantage.

-- Clip from http://www.norm.org --
After thirty years in the natural state, I allowed myself to be circumcised because, in my physician's view, there might be problems in the future. For me, the sensitivity in the glans has been reduced at least 50%.
-- End Clip --

I am not a woman, but any girl that is not shallow, loves a man not a penis. If a girl wouldn't sleep with you because of your foreskin, sounds like you just saved yourself some time and money. At the chance that sex is better for men, women should reevaluate what society has taught them.

Depends about which part of the world you are talking about - USA, Israel of course circumcised. Because it is popular among men in those regions and their women of course are used to it.
Europe of course uncircumcised as only a few % of men do it there and their women are not used to it.

You do not need circumcision for phimosis. You can try stretching and creams to fix this; I did and the result was really good. Plus, I could have gotten circumcised if I didn't like the result, but I did like it. You can read more about how to do that here:
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20071127015612AAnBnse&r=w#F8wrC2S1VTfksfjKU7Fw.rbGZcI_8zgOtdkMw4JCGXLhidgYgynx

As long as you keep it clean (just takes 10 seconds to pull back and rub when you shower; it even feels good), it should be fine. the foreskin allows foreplay to be easy. As for looks, looks are generally most noticeable when soft, and during sex you'll be erect so the foreskin will most likely pull back a bit, so it shouldn't look that different to a cut one.

Consider the following.

In a medical study, it was found that females are more likely to hit orgasm with an uncircumcised man:
http://www.healthcentral.com/drdean/408/60750.html

The lubricated foreskin (on the inside... like your eyelids) slides up and down during sex and masturbation to stimulate the head (which is why you don't hear of uncircumcised guys needing lube to masturbate).
http://www.cirp.org/pages/anat/
http://net.indra.com/~shredder/intact/anatomy/index.html

Studies have found that circumcision reduces sensitivity (this article also mentions how it has lost popularity in the USA in recent times):
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,285532,00.html

And despite being more sensitive, uncircumcised guys still last in the same six minute range (average) that circumcised guys do:
http://www.blackwell-synergy.com/doi/abs/10.1111/j.1743-6109.2005.00070.x

Circumcision makes masturbation more difficult:
http://www.blackwell-synergy.com/doi/abs/10.1111/j.1464-410X.2006.06646.x

Which makes sense, that's how circumcision was promoted in the USA:
http://english.pravda.ru/science/health/27-03-2006/77873-circumcision-0

Increases erectile dysfunction rates:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?cmd=Retrieve&db=PubMed&list_uids=14979200&dopt=Abstract%7C

If too much skin is removed in circumcision, it can make the penis smaller since the penis needs some skin to expand during an erection:
http://drgreene.org/body.cfm?id=21&action=detail&ref=1125
http://www.altermd.com/Penis%20and%20Scrotal%20Surgery/buried_penis.htm

Circumcision has become less common. Circumcision rates were as high as 90% back in the 1960s and 1970s (that's partly why today's adults are so... brainwashed, I supposed you could say, about thinking that circumcision is better) but they have fallen to as low as 14% in some states. Here are the statistics:
http://www.cirp.org/library/statistics/USA/staterates2004/

The USA is the last developed nation doing it to a large number of newborns without religious or medical needs. (Europeans, Latin Americans, Japanese, and most Australians, Canadians, and Asians don't circumcise):
http://www.circumstitions.com/Maps.html

Circumcision does not completely stop penile cancer. The American Cancer Society has already confirmed the myth that circumcision = no cancer.
http://www.cancer.org/docroot/CRI/content/CRI_2_4_2X_Can_penile_cancer_be_prevented_35.asp

If circumcision did stop penile cancer, then penile cancer would not be more common in the USA (most circumcised adults) than in some European nations, where circumcision is not practiced other than for medical/religious reasons.

Hold UP! think about this for a sec. so it seems that circumcised is more pleasing to girls but i have heard that you lose almost 50 percent of feel in your penis when you get circumcised making sex less pleasurable. But i could be wrong

I was circumcised when I was 19, it's one of the best decison i've ever made. I have no regrets what so ever about getting circumcised. As with all surgeries, there will be some pain but it's not as bad as others make it out to be. I'm not a woman, but i can understand why they would favor circumcision over uncircumcision. Good luck man.

As a woman married to a man who has not been circumcised. He is very clean and to have part of his body cut seems like a very painful place. You have my deepest sympathy.
Yet I know some women who think it is a great idea.
So depends on the person I guess.
