Moon signs?

Question

Is it true that you can be more like your moon sign than your sun sign? Because my sun is in Pisces but I don't have the wish-washy emotions of one. I'm more of a detached humanitarian like my moon sign, Aquarius.

I think you hit the nail on the head.
Astrologers of yester years used to go by the moon sign instead of the sun sign.
Being blessed ( or cursed with a Gemini moon- whichever angle you look at it ) and although I am a capricorn I had often been mistaken for a Gemini, even by Geminis themselves. People find me quick, on the go, and emotionally detached and fickle.
But as I have a 'stellium' of planets in my natal chart in Capricorn, I do exhibit Capricorn traits as well.
The combination of moon/sun signs can be interesting to study, but also the rising sign, and these three are the most important factors in any natal chart.

Yes, i think that's true for some people. I'm a Libra and my Moon's in Scorpio, and alot of times i feel more Scorpio, but i think on the outside(Libra), the way i present myself & personality of what people see me as a Libra. I definitley am not as airy as a typical libra and have more depth and emotional sensitivities. But also, because of my Libra sign i know when to turn it off, and be logical.

yes that's true. i have a capricorn sun and didn't relate to people saying we're cool and unemotional (i might appear to be though)..but i found out i have a scorpio moon and that might explain why i'm more of a 'feeling' person lol.
