I really love the show Buffy the Vampire Slayer. So I am thinking if I have a girl I will name it Buffy Jane and a boy will be Giles Edward. What do you guys think?

I think that Buffy would be cute as a nickname but not as a formal name. Maybe Elizabeth which is the name that Buffy is a nickname for.
Giles Edward is cute, but why not Xander? I really like that name!

I think your kids will hate you for it. Don't pick a name on a trend like a show pick a name that you like and is suiting for a child.
If you really like the names for the names and not the characters that would be different.
Personally I do not like the names Buffy or Giles.

Your child will have this name all of his/her life.
Giles Edward is a great name for a person of any age. Sounds intelligent!
I can't imagine anyone over the age of 16 called Buffy Jane. Sounds adolescent.

Buffy is more of a pets name. Not a child's name sorry.
Giles is ok if you want me to like it but I would find something better.
If you were called Buffy and people were comparing you to the show Buffy The Vampire Slayer and teasing you about it.
How would you feel?
There is not much else to say about them names.
They are nice names but my opinion is go for a different name.
