If affirmative action benefits women in the workplace in cases where men and women are off the same race why is there none used in the law. For example stats show that if all factors are equal but gender women are less likely be sent to death row for crimes that their male counterparts would be sent to such as killing a child, police officer, accessory to a murder involving a burglary or kidnapping, murder for hire. Also the divorce system benefits women more than men. 90% of child custody courses are given to women even though in 70% of two parent relationships both partners work the same amount of hours outside the house. Also alot of times women are awarded outrageously high amount of child custody, alimony, and other assets (lead to darren mack kiling wife and shooting unfair judge).

First off, most men don't ask for custody of the kids. Actually, 65% of men who ask for custody are granted it. Also, alimony is practically disappearing (unless you're upper-middle class or upper-class).

Women are less likely to be sentenced to death row for those crimes you mentioned (I'm excluding child murder, because I don't know the stats) because they're usually not the leader of the crime in the first place. Also, women are more likely to kill in defense. This goes along with the 'child murder' thing too. Women are more likely to kill their children (but men are more likely to kill the wife and children at the same time), but you need to understand that women are the primary caretakers of the children. If men were the primary caretakers of kids, they'd probably kill them more often than women.

And what about class? Half of death row inmates are poor black men. Statistically, if you can't afford a good lawyer, you have much more of a chance of recieving life in prison or a death sentence. Lawyers are NOT created equal (and racism hasn't disappeared for that matter).

Men commit over 90% of all violent crime and over 90% of prisoners. Do you really think it would be fair to treat men and women equally here??? Let's just think about prisoners. Either you'd have to jail women for petty stuff (joywalking, for instance) to equal men's numbers, or you'd have to set free 80% of the prison population (all men). That's hardly fair.

Do some homework. This question is ridiculous!

The rules are in place for the solid of the youngster... if someone does not choose a newborn there are how you are able to ward off being pregnant. women and adult men human beings ought to take duty for his or her strikes and understand that the guidelines are no longer in place to punish (till you're a deadbeat parent) they're in place to guard and safeguard a teen. i'm sorry which you think of that's unfair that adult men have not have been given any ideal to elect to abort even regardless of the undeniable fact that it is the girls people who's figuratively and bodily linked to the youngster (you are able to no longer stress someone right into a scientific technique). What if there have been a regulation that states adult men can stress their considerable different to have an abortion if he's completely sterilized, might that's frequently supported? i might wager no longer - given which you are able to no longer decrease off someone reproductive rights.
