their are four or five tracks in biomed engineering like biomechanics, imaging, genetic engineering etc which has a bright future and more job oppurtunity ................. thanks

You get what you pay for. That is quality.

If you really need an expert opinion, you will not get it for free.

No one can predict the future. Who could have predicted that we would find a way to cure horrible diseases, but that way would be blocked because politicians thought it violated their religious beliefs?

Who would have predicted that certain lines of research in the USA would almost totally shut down because academic institutions can no longer get enough foreign students because of the impact on visas thanks to terrorist attacks?

There may be some new invention or discovery tomorrow that totally opens up some field of research that no one expected.

Your best bet would be to be good at something, and know enough about other areas that you can switch specialities if the market demands shift.
