My Dad has 11 brothers and sisters, some of my cousins are in their 40s and have children of their own, so yes I have a large family, I think there's nearly 100 of us in total so getting us all together is difficult but I do try to go to reunions.

Honestly I have a huge family but it comes with a downside because, you can't remember the names of your many cousins, second cousins, great aunts etc. People who you haven't seen in years come up and say: 'Wow you've grown alot since I last saw you!' and you have no idea who they are. Then there are the constant family reunions an crap. So yeah sure a big family sounds great but then, you have to live with all that. Just be happy with what you got and don't focus on what you don't have! :)

My immediate family consists of only 4 people. But I have A LOT of cousins, we usually have reunions only in someone's wedding. And I do attend them if I am free. Busy family haha.

My father has no close blood relatives left alive....but my mother's family is just the opposite....there are more of them than I even know about! I don't think we have ever tried to get everyone together.....most of them are scattered across the USA, and I live in England with my immediate family....but I think we would need a large venue if we ever did all try to get together!

not anymore, everybody seems to be dying off. on my side theres mom, dad, my brother and sis in law, their 2 kids, my husband and our 2 kids. 2 elderly aunts confined to nursing homes. 2 cousins and their families and cousin who won't talk to anybody, our reunions pretty much stopped when the aunts went "downhill". back in "the old days" there were several more aunts, uncles and cousins, and of course the grandparents, it was so much fun.....
