The entire part of the football does not have to cross, just a part of it has to break the plane of the end zone.

Additionally if you are rushing the football in, the ball carrier can break the plane of the end zone with his body and hold the ball out of the field of play and it is still a touchdown as the plane extends past the sidelines.

A receiver can catch the ball in the air, outside of the field of play, but his feet land in the field of play, and again it's a touchdown.

That depends, if it's a pass, then the receiver has to catch the ball and touch with two feet, if it's rushing, only the football has to cross over the line to be a touchdown.

Actually, if any part of the football so much as touches any part of the goal line (or contacts it's theoretical "plane"- which is the very front edge of the white goal line extended vertically) it's a touchdown.

As soon as any part of the football is over any part of the end-zone, provided a player has possession, and is in bounds, it's a touchdown.

no only touch it. By this i mean if the nose of the ball crosses even a fraction of an inch of white it is a TD.

I'm amazed how many people think the ball has to cross the endzone line.
