I have tried for a few days now to download bt online protection and I can't can some body lpease help

If you have downloaded it before and deleted it you have to phone BT as you are restricted to the amount of times you can download it just tell them your computer crashed and you had to reformat

heres how
you have to take norton security that is on your computer off
or any other security all of it.
i find its easier off line
reboot your comp and follow on screen instructions for installation.
when you have it on ,you can if you want add some other security systems.
