i have a heacka stuffy nose and i hate when i sleep i can't breath threw my mouth or it will dry so dry. Also eventually my one nostrel i can breath out of starts to hurt. How can i get rid of my stuffy nose at night !!!!!!????

i've used viks vapor rub, it doesn't really help!

Instead of consuming mucus generating dairy products and red meat you could switch to soy milk and white meat.
Taking 3 to 6 high strength odourless 3,000 mg garlic oil capsules every day will also help.
Some apple cider vinegar every day also helps a bit.

Rub down your chest with Vicks Vapo Rub. Put a tiny bit on your nose. It works really well for cold stuffiness and chest congestion. Do this at night so you are medicated for over night.

try the Breath Right Strips.they do work. just got to put them on right. the make one with Vicks Vapors already on it.
also i found that Sudacare and Vicks both make a plug in contraption that you insert a tab with the Vicks on it and it is put in the air. i use them when i'm at my stuffiest. but the Breathe Right strips i use almost all the time "cause my nose closes up at night almost every night.
