He could have died from a massive internal fart. Maybe he had baked beans, cabbage and pea soup for dinner.

no now if this had been a wife who died i woul have believed it since women do not fart or belch they have to have a lot of massive internal problems!!!

I do I had a Friend tell me he could not eat, or hardly swallow after he had his testicles removed and his throat was very sore
