Bad sector. Save all files before Running CHKDSK C: /F from the command prompt window. You should reinstall windows with delete/reformating drive C:. CHKDSK cant repair most problems. Only professional can fix.

How to run laptop faster or avoid loose data when getting virus or mechanic problems? after defragment, registry cleaner; etc. dont help.

Create 2 drives C, D and save on D the image of identical software with Norton Ghost and D also contains data (documents, favorites…)
Get external drive case for 2.5 hdd and a 3gb hdd, then install Windows 98 for emergency rescue. Still have 2+gb left on its space.

Run Windows with main hdd as external drive, then format C and copy D image to C.

Get a fresh new windows operating system every few months to run faster. It takes about 20 minutes, and unprofessional users have no worry about use of commands to repair.

if need HDD then email.

Using a registry cleaner can clean up your computer and then make your computer faster,Why?the reason is that there may be some regsitry errors and remnant, corrupt files and temp files in your computer to cause "computer slow".
Everytime you install and uninstall software on your computer and surfing online you create junk in the computer registry.over time, the registry can grow to enormous proportions, especially if the various programs you've installed do not do a good job of deleting and/or updating it's Registry entries. You need to scan and clean your computer with registry cleaner to make it fast.Good Regisry Cleaner will improve your computer and Internet performance dramatically! It even can speed up your computer by 300% or more!

Ctrl - Alt -Del to open Task Manager. Click Processes tab. Check which process is consuming most of CPU resource. If it is not a system process, try ending. If System idle process goes up to 90+%, PC should speed up. Disable that process in msconfig. Click start, click run, type msconfig, ok. Select start up tab. Unclick the checkmark on the undesirable startup, apply, ok Laptop will restart. Go to SAFE mode. Scan your laptop for virus.
