Luck is very personal. Trying to become a generic 'lucky person' is how most people end up being very unhappy and very unlucky.
In other words, ignoring the opportunities presented to you (and not someone else) is what keeps most people from being lucky. Wearing a lucky rabbits foot but then turning around and NOT entering a contest to win a trip to a place you are just dying to visit sorta misses the point.
Not everyone is going to get rich selling vacuum cleaners, but if a person is truly lucky or listening to the luck of his own inner voice, that vacuum cleaner opportunity will not be something they miss.
Luck is like any other energy, the more you go with the flow, the easier a time you will have.

I don't believe you can "become lucky". Treat other people well and they will likely return the favor. Work hard, keep learning, and do what is right and you will likely be rewarded for your efforts.
Also, I think that it helps to have a positive attitude. If you expect bad things to happen, you'll likely put yourself in a situation where it will come true. Alternately, if you believe good things will happen, you are more likely to put yourself in a situation where good things will happen.

Luck is nothing more than perceiving a random event from an optimistic point of view.
"Luck" actually does not exist. Luck is just your perception on a chance event. If you look at chance from positive point of view, then you say you are lucky. Even if you sometimes experience a mishap or something negative, it is your way of thinking that ultimately makes you are successful.
The more you feel lucky, the luckier you are.

in western astrology, luck came from certain good configuration of stars, say, a good placed jupiter or a grand trine, etc.
So my understanding is, you dont have that luck stars, dont bother to buy lottery. But they all trade off. You dont have luck, you learn from get things done by your own efforts.

try listening to some of those "hemi-sync" audio/video things on YouTube. It's suppose to change your brain wave patterns. Thus, it might help.
