i am told a certain amount of jealousy is "normal" in a relationship. so how do you know if yours has become "out of control" or destructive?

when you have the sudden urge to boil a rabbit,could be a BIG clue there lmko.no jealousy is a destructive force and must be resisted,it will destroy your belief in your own judgement and could lead you into totally irrational behavior,which in turn get you a free holiday at her maj's leisure.if you think your jealousy is getting out of control seek help.or if it's your partner then get them the help.

When you need to ask someone,I am one of the few people who appreciates who and where I am , every thing I achieve or succeed in, to me is a bonus therefor I am rarely jealous of other people or their achievements. that isn't to say that I haven't been some times jealous regarding personal relationships.

I think EVERYONE gets jealous once in a while, but it is unhealthy when it leads to uncontrollable anxiety and emotional melt downs.
