I'm not convinced he's smart enough to lie. To lie, one has to know the truth about which he is lying and I think Bush, like a puppet, has no interest in facts or truth. Therefore, if and when he does tell the truth, it's just luck, not intended.

No but i think he was telling the truth about "Mission accomplished" thingy we know he was a happy man when he got his oil.

Vividly. It was when he met with all the big oil executives in the White House shortly after the inauguration and promised them that their profits would jump so high they would think they were on a trampoline. That is the meeting that he refused to give Congress the notes to.
