Well, if those are the options, it's partially correct to call them Greek, and completely incorrect to call them Mesopotamian. The Minoan civilization was centered on the island of Crete in what became Greece, not in Mesopotamia in the Middle East.
But strictly speaking, the Minoans were not Greek. They wrote in the non-Greek "Linear A" script, and had separate religious and other cultural practices that developed separately from the early Greeks. Also, though we don't know where the Minoans came from, they appear to have arrived in Crete separately from the movement of Greeks into Greece, and so there is no ethnic relationship.
On the other hand, Minoan art looks strikingly "Greek" (look at those famous wall paintings from Knossos). Minoan mythology found its way into Greek mythology. And Linear A script seems to be related to the later (and very Greek) Linear B script. What's going on here? From around 2000 BC there was increased contact between Greeks on the mainland and Minoans (because of trade), and by 1400 BC, the Greeks (specifically the Mycenaeans) had conquered the Minoans. There must have been intermarriages and a transmission of knowledge from one culture to the other, resulting in Minoan culture influencing early Greek culture.

The Minoan civilization was an independent society on the Island of Crete. It took place long after Mesopotamia had disappeared, but before the rise of classical Greece. It was around at the same time as ancient Greece, but was never part of the Greek Empire, and had it's own language and culture. Minoan civilization disappeared around 1500BC, giving rise to the stories of Atlantis.

I'm pretty sure it's Greek as well. Remember the Minotaur? It's a mythical beast that is associated with Greek legends
