It's a little unfair to judge him by that though. I mean for the past few years he has had young receivers. If Favre is throwing a timing route but one of the young guys runs the wrong route then Favre gets picked. So while Favre threw the interception, it wasn't always his fault.
Favre is still that good, sometimes he wants to win so bad that he tries too hard. You can't knock a guy for wanting to win.

Well when Brett Favre started off in GB after being traded from Atlanta, there where plenty of QBs that would go onto have fewer INTs, two of them (that I can think of) made the hall of fame (Montana, and Elway), and only one other QB from the early 90s is still playing, that's Vinny Testaverde.
That kind of says something about Farve doesn't it? Yeah he may have more career picks than the average QB, but he also has more TD passes than the average QB.
If you hang around long enough as a quarterback, your interceptions are going to add up over time. Think about it, how many times have you looked at a QBs statistics after a game, and see that he had a real good day, 300+ yards, 24 out of 30 passing completions, 3 passing touchdowns, an 8 yard rushing TD, and an INT. You tend to overlook that one pick because he did well otherwise and his team won.
That one pick here and there adds up if play over 15 years.

there is incredibly purely approximately 2 those that could desire to probable take a descent shot on the information Brett Farve has left: Peyton Manning and Phillip Rivers Brady Quinn won't come near to the information Farve set. just to seize Farve on video games began Peyton Manning might nevertheless ought to play 6 extra years, alongside with post season video games to seize Farve. And it would take Rivers even longer to seize him.

Brett is an awesome quarterback and will be remembered in the Hall of Fame. His interceptions won't count against his phenomenal talent.

Maybe so, but he has also led his team to a 10-2 record this season, and has led his team to 2 Superbowls in the past, winning one of them. I don't know what you think, but I'm almost positive a 10-2 record is considered good in the NFL.

Favre has been around too long and the good cornerbacks have learned to read him, "like a book". That's why they can pick him off so well.
Brett needs to change the way he looks for his receivers, but it may be too late (in his career).

Is Brett Favre good? Is this worth answering? That's like asking someone if their mother has ever had sex. Of course!

My husband is a 100% Cowboy fan, and I am a 100% Packer fan. He says, I have to admit, Brett is one of the BEST QUARTERBACKS ever!

He's very good. He just has a gun-slingger, chance taking style which is fun to watch. He's done a lot more good things than bad! If you were a team owner, wouldn't you like to have him at QB?
