To check a site's safety rating, simply go to http://www.siteadvisor.com/ and enter the Web address. This will bring up a report on the site. McAfee SiteAdvisor is also available as an add-on for Internet Explorer or FireFox and it's free.

And as always, your anti-virus program should protect you either way. If you need one, install only one, but you can get AVG, Avast! or AntiVir for free.

download Mcafee SiteAdvisor.... it is a program that attaches itself to IE and Mozilla and will show saftey specs on a site such as the number of dangerous downloads, emails sent to vistors and much more... i suggest downloading it...
