No. They believe Gay and Lesbian Rights has priority over freedom of speech.

Yahoo is a private company.

"Freedom of Speech" refers only to the GOVERNMENT being prevented from restricting what you can say. A private business can make any rules they want to.

Yes, as long as it conforms to their Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

They are a worldwide enterprise, and can only do what is in the best interest of the most people. They can not please everyone.

And for the record, The Constitutional right to free speech protects people from the government, and does not apply to private citizens or businesses. This means they are bound by their own terms, not the US Constitution.
