There should be a special key in the glove compartment that goes in the lug wrench.

Those are the theft proof lugs. You should have a "key" that came with the car to fit those. If not, any tire shop has the tools to gte those off. You'll just have to buy new ones.

sound like you have rims...someone put lug nuts on it that need a specal key..there harder to steel...and a pain if you lost the key...a local tire shop shold have the master set.
