you cannot. live is not cleared by the us feds for safety and security reasons.
plus the systems needed to offer extremely high res, live updated views of the WHOLE world would require WAY too much processing power and the lines that would carry it would almost be as large as the Internet and completely stand alone away from the Internet to handle the traffic.
http://www.flashearth.com is your best bet, but still not live.
it can connect to about 6 databases of images (in the top left corner)
nasa world wind is one and they offer low res, semi live, updated images of cloud cover ONLY, but only through their app.

i verify out the top of this device as a added decline of the U. S.. not extra are we taking up the confusing technical stressful circumstances. not extra are we looking outward. we are yielding the initiative to probably unfavourable governments. he who controls the gravity properly controls the floor below. we are risking a innovations drain as a number of our brightest and maximum suitable persist with jobs worldwide. And on an identical time as I approve of inner maximum employer working its way into the area corporation, i'm suspicious of this administration specifically, and government frequently. I worry that should 3 inner maximum entity develop into too useful, the government will intervene and close them down. For the quantity of money the area application fee us, that's often been considered one of our extra useful investments. Now that money will only visit extra pyramid schemes we already won't be able to handle to pay for.

Unless you are in the military or the CIA or the NSA, I think you are out of luck. Google Earth has images from a few years ago.
