On my TV it says C1 ,C2 ,C3 ,C4 ,T1, T2, T3 ,T4 What is the diffrence for closed captioning? Which one should I set it on?

The difference in the types are mostly regional (hence the C & T options). Other than that, it's just individual captioning streams

Pretty much all TV shows in the US use C1 for closed captioning.

Some shows (like The Tonight Show with Jay Leno) will include C2 stream (in addition to C1), which is occasionally used for closed captioning in Spanish.

Such usage of additional Closed Captioning streams will be noted at the start of the show.

The safe bet would be set your Closed Captioning Settings on C1, if you choose to use closed captioning.

If you prefer Spanish, you might want to use C2... but it's probably best to check with your TV stations about Closed Captioning support for Spanish.
