I like baking them, cause I have this weird thing that if I cook something I lose my appetite and end up not eating it

I have to admit while the thought of baking is quaint, I'd rather sit down to a nice slice of pecan pie with vanilla ice cream and a cup of coffee!;0)

I'm embarrassed to admit that I've never baked a pie (50+)! I guess that leaves "just eating them."

As a rule, I don't eat the pies I bake, for I would be WAY overweight...smiling.
My favs to cook are buttermilk, pecan, pineapple, cherry.
