Why not?
Actually because when someone is your contact, they may notice a question you didnt, and they star it and you find its one you enjoy.

Becuz their funny, i like their ?'s, answers, or they were really helpful with one of my ?'s. This way u can also be sure that at least someone is going to look at ur ?
