Never. Humans would not accept world peace. Is an extreme too much for us to handle. We live off of hardship, and bringing world peace ad joy to everyone would ruin a balance that has existed since the dawn of time. Good and Evil. Negative and Positive working to balance out universe in an unknown way. Dont think I'm right...ask ur teacher what makes Negative negative and what makes positive positive...no answer. I think those are there to remind us that they exist because they do and they are there to keep us alive. With out one nothing would hold together...this goes for basic science all the way to the extremities of life.
