As long as the metal is not creased, you can easily get a dent out with a hair dryer and a chunk of dry ice. I have done it many times to get a dent out of sheet metal on cars.

use the hair dryer on hot (the higher wattage the dryer the better) and heat the area until it s hot to the touch. Then take a chunk of dry ice and hold it to the dent. (be sure to wear gloves when handling dry ice) It should not take more than a minute to pop back into place. If it doesn't work, heat the area again, but make sure it is "hot" not just "warm" and redo.

if you have access to liquid nitrogen spray it on in place of the dry ice.

If you have a crease, you're SOL

Go to the automotive store and get one of those dent removers for cars. They sometimes work to "suck out" the dent if it isn't too deep.

How big are your dents? Can you use a plumbers helper to suck them back out? Wet the edges of the rubber on the plumbers helper and press it to the dent and pull sharply.

and don't kick it again!!!

Sure,
Place the pan on a hard surface like a board and hammer out the dent. Don't try to hammer it out in one blow though. Work the dent out gently.
