Spermicide is very efficient but if not used properly or if your body doenst use it, its not their fault. Trying to sue because you or your body didnt use the spermicide properly is something you cant blame on the company. If you still think that you can win that case let me just say that no lawyer in their right mind would take you since you're getting yourself into an unwinnable case.
