Yes, I really think kindness is essential. It makes me feel good about living. There are so many out there who just need someone to give them a lift by being kind or just noticing them.

Well I have been sick so I went to the doctor and stayed home with my mom and sis so they really haven't done a lot that made me mad so I'm figuring i have

As much as possible. I give to all, even those who are not worthy. Should someone tell me "3*()^&%!@45" I simply reply "God bless your day." Most of them grumble. Everyone else says something like "thanks you too" with a smile. So here it goes...
