I'm looking for an online store where I can buy fabric for cheap prices. It must have stretch fabrics and tulle available in many colors. If they also sell yarn, that is a plus. Thanks!

http://www.dollarfabric.com/ is pretty good. But for the absolute cheapest prices, you need to get on the mailing list at your local Jo-Ann fabrics and start getting their coupons. Any time you buy online, the savings will be offset by the shipping charges.
